This restaurant looks quite nice from outside. There is a bit of
parking just on the roadside and I got lucky. Might have been because
the place was deserted except for 1 couple.

Inside it is
clean and well presented. Some fish navigate plastic flowers in the
middle of the room in a vertcal aquarium. This is the most interesting
thing about the place.

I ordered a pint of Carlsberg and
it was flat. Not the most inspired start to my meal. The waitresses
seemed like it was too much bother to act like staff and sprawled
around reading magazines and chatting on the phone. Maybe the food
would be better.

I ordered Seaweed for starter although
there was a large choice of the usual suspects plus dim sum. Wish I’d
had Dim Sum. My Seaweed was cold. Maybe this is how they like it in
Chorlton but not from where I come from. It tasted ok but could have
done with some grated scallop. Ah well, maybe the main course will be
better.

I asked for egg fried rice, noodles with
beansprouts and Chicken with Lemon and Honey Sauce. All were tasty
enough but your granny couldn’t eat the chicken. It was as tough as old
boots. The noodles were not bad but a little bit cool again.

It
cost about £18.00 which would have been good value if the drink had
been lively and the food warm and well cooked. Won’t be going back.
