Banana Pancakes
A quick, dairy-free and soy-free banana pancake recipe perfect for toddlers.
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe banana, mashed
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup oat flour (blend oats into a fine powder)
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
Instructions:
- Mash the banana in a bowl until smooth.
- Mix in the egg, oat flour, and cinnamon.
- Heat a small amount of oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Drop spoonfuls of batter into the pan.
- Cook for 2–3 minutes on one side, until bubbles form.
- Flip and cook another 2–3 minutes until golden.
- Serve with fresh fruit or applesauce.
