Banana Pancakes

A quick, dairy-free and soy-free banana pancake recipe perfect for toddlers.

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana, mashed
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup oat flour (blend oats into a fine powder)
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. Mash the banana in a bowl until smooth.
  2. Mix in the egg, oat flour, and cinnamon.
  3. Heat a small amount of oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of batter into the pan.
  5. Cook for 2–3 minutes on one side, until bubbles form.
  6. Flip and cook another 2–3 minutes until golden.
  7. Serve with fresh fruit or applesauce.
